We are offering a dozen Carlingford rock oysters complimentary with every bottle of champagne purchased on Fridays & Saturdays.

Start your weekend with our oyster offer every Friday and Saturday. As the largest purveyors of oysters in Birmingham, we have been buying our delicious rock oysters since the day we opened from the Louet-Feisser family oyster farm in Carlingford, Ireland.

Fish Dinner with Brixham Seafish

Sporting Lunch with George ‘Doddie’ Weir

Tickets – £95.00 each plus VAT  (tables are for 10 people).

Midday for a 1.00pm sit down with a luxurious three course lunch.

Wine Dinner with Vina Koyle

We are delighted that Max Underraga, from Vina Koyle wines of Chile, is making a detour during his visit to London this summer, especially to host a Source Dinner at Opus. During the evening, Max will talk about his winery which has been in the same family for more than six generations. The spectacular vineyards are biodynamic and located at the foothills of the Andes.
Chef Ben will create a 5 course menu to match the wine flight.

Vegetarian Dinner with Worcester Produce

Enjoy the freshest vegetables imaginable over a 5 course dinner with wines to match. The glorious fruit, vegetables, and salad grown in the nurseries of Worcester Produce and farms across the Vale of Evesham are picked on day one and with us on day two. ‘We only supply delicious hand picked produce that has been nurtured by local farmers grown with pride and delivered fresh from local fields.’ An evening to savour.

Cheese Dinner with Harvey & Brockless

We will be joined by Harvey & Brockless; expert buyers of artisanal British cheeses. This evening will be an opportunity to experience a variety of handmade cheeses in both their cooked and raw states, so that you can enjoy their different characteristics. Each course will be paired with wines to match.
