Culinary Masterclass & Dinner

Join us for the only ‘hands on’ cookery course in Birmingham. Working in collaboration, Opus and The College of Food at UCB take you on a culinary journey to turn market fresh produce into an impressive three course menu fit for a dinner party.

On selected Saturdays, from 10am to 4pm, chef Adam Pickett, with two chef students from the College, leads you expertly through the joys of cooking with seasonal produce.

Then, cast aside your aprons and ease into the evening at Opus with your fellow chefs over a seasonal four course dinner with wines to match, prepared by Chef Director David Colcombe and his team. During the dinner, David will take you into the Opus kitchens to taste the excitement of a professional kitchen at work.

The Culinary Masterclass package costs £160 all inclusive. Invite a friend or partner to the dinner at an additional cost of only £50.
